Our employees have many years of experience in handling cases concerning industrial property, from filing patent and utility models application in different fields of technology, registering designs and trademarks in national, European and international proceedings, through protection of rights in litigation proceedings, to enforcement of the exclusive rights before civil courts, cooperation with customs authorities and undertaking due-diligence activities supporting licensing programs. In order to ensure our Clients comprehensive services we also cooperate with representatives of other professions.
