Małgorzata Zielińska-Łazarowicz – Partner

 

Małgorzata is a lawyer, a registered trademark and patent attorney and a professional representative before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). She obtained her law degree from the University of Warsaw and completed further postgraduate studies in IP rights and European law there.

Małgorzata specialises in IP-related enforcement and litigation in the fields of designs, trademarks (including Community trademarks and designs) and unfair competition law. She represents clients in IP matters before the Polish Patent Office, the EUIPO and the common and administrative courts, advises on various IP issues and prepares legal opinions and licence agreements. She is also experienced in cooperating with Customs on matters concerning border seizures.

Małgorzata is a member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) and the International Trademark Association (INTA) as well as the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys where she is an active member of the Application Committee and the Legislative Committee.
